Summer tuition and housing charges will begin posting to your student account March 19 or as soon as you register for classes (if you register for classes after March 19).
Payment due day: April 15, 2024 by 11:59 p.m.
(for any balance on your student account on April 15)
If you add any new charges to your account after April 15, those charges need to be paid immediately to avoid having your classes (canceled) dropped for non-payment. Access eBill to make a payment or enroll in a payment plan.
Financial aid
Financial aid for the summer semester will appear on your account and be deducted from your account balance. It is important for you to check MySAIL to see if you have any unsatisfied financial aid requirements.
Know which charges financial aid can cover and pay in full any charges financial aid cannot pay.
Payment plan installments
The payment plan is for current semester charges only. The payment plan for summer opens March 19. If you have charges from a prior semester, they must be paid outside of the payment plan. Payments will always pay prior charges first before applying as a current payment plan installment payment. Please pay your payment plan installments by their due date.
Late payments

*Students who are canceled (dropped) from classes may have their tuition charges reversed. Students may re-register for classes based on class availability as long as registration is still open; new tuition charges need to be paid immediately. Students who are canceled (dropped) from housing will have their charges adjusted according to University Housing's Policies.

Be proactive in paying your OU charges on time to stay enrolled in your classes and university housing (if applicable). You can pay your balance in full:
- With your own funds using eBill.
- Through a payment plan
- Using financial aid and/or external sources
If your charges are not paid in full by the due date or if you have not signed up for a payment plan and made all required payments, you may be canceled (dropped) from your classes and university housing (if applicable). Students who are canceled (dropped) from classes will have their tuition charges reversed. Students who are canceled (dropped) from housing will have their charges adjusted according to University Housing Policies.
If you're canceled (dropped) because your current semester charges have not been paid in full, you can re-register for classes based on class availability as long as registration is still open. If you're canceled (dropped) because your past semester charges have not been paid in full, you can re-register based on class availability once the prior balance is paid in full. If you re-register for one or more credits, you must contact University Housing to reapply for housing as space is available. In all scenarios, all new tuition charges must be paid immediately.
